Shadow Seal-Waterproof Shadow Converter converts your favorite powder and loose eye shadows into smudge-proof, waterproof  formulas. The lightweight, liquid texture intensifies pigment for a more dramatic and long lasting result.  It can also be used as a shadow primer by brushing the liquid onto the closed eye lid and allowing to dry before applying shadow.

 Ways To Use:

-Mix a few drops of Shadow Seal-Waterproof Shadow Converter with product and apply immediately.

- Use as a shadow primer by brushing Shadow Seal-Waterproof Shadow Converter onto the closed eye lid and allowing to dry before applying shadow.

*Clean brushes after use to avoid hardening of bristles.
