Full Time Accounting/Administrative Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties include but not limited to:
- Assist with incoming calls
- Maintain & organize office supplies
- Maintain filing system
- Assist with accounting or QuickBooks related matters
- Review sales orders for accuracy and create invoices
- Arrange shipment with UPS, FedEx & other couriers
- General administrative duties assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Well-organized and attention to details
- Basic knowledge with QuickBooks
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Positive work attitude
- Ability to communicate articulately in professional manner
- Strong multi-tasking, follow-through and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with peers and superior
