Full Time Customer Service
Duties include but not limited to:
- Assist with incoming sales calls
- Assist with Sales Orders input and filing
- Review files and data for accuracy
- Facilitate sales and activity reports as required
- Maintain and update records
- Distribute and prepare resources such as samples and promotional materials
- Assist Sales Department in client relationships and sales objectives
- Maintain showroom’s arrangement and tidiness
- Attend sales meetings and/or training sessions as required

- Bilingual in English and Spanish, or Korean preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic knowledge with QuickBooks
- Positive work attitude
- Ability to communicate articulately in professional manner
- Strong multi-tasking, follow-through and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with peers and superior
